Best to get there is by 9am bus from bus station (1,5h drive, 10PLN one way ticket, bus stops by the entry to the museum, departures from the main bus station in front of the train station). You arrive at 10:30 and can watch free film about the camp screened every day at 11am (in English). Then you may joined guided tour or visit for free by yourself.
