Best to get to the Wieliczka Salt Mine is by minibus from the main train station, 10 min. walk from the Main Market Sq. and 5 min. from the Old Town. Minibuses for 12-20 persons depart every 7-12 min. and go to Wieliczka (aprox. 40 min., tickets from the driver, 2 PLN). You have to tell the driever that you want to stop by the Salt Mine. To get back you siply wave a hand to stop minibus.
