Exchange at the airport charges up to 5% comission. Exchange at the train station has got poor rate (even 10% lower). Usuall tourist trap is to give 5 digit exchange rate for buying EURO or USD - you have two rates eg. for US currency: buing price: 33890 and selling price: 39200 and many people see that they will get 3,89 PLN for 1 USD but they get 3,38 PLN. At Florianska street you have over 20 exchanges - compare rates, even change 10 USD or EURO and see how much you get! usually no comission except for banks where exchange rate is not very attractive.
